If you’re reading this post, chances are you love to hop on The Jitney. We’re asking our faithful readers to come out to Churchill’s at 8 pm Sunday, July 26 for the first annual Jitney Fundraising Concert.  This isn’t going to be an old fashioned PBS telethon. We’re looking to throw a great rock concert with many of the finest and most fun musicians South Florida has to offer (coincidentally or not many of them have contributed writing to The Jitney).

Included on the bill are Alexa Lash, Ainara, Eddy Gatoe, Nick County, Oscar Sardiñas, Tremora, Chunky 43, and Mr. Entertainment & The Pookiesmackers, with more potential surprises. Over the upcoming weeks look out for profiles introducing or reintroducing you to these artists.
