The world’s preeminent electronic music fest returns to Downtown Miami for its 23rd year with a line-up that includes Afrojack, David Guetta, Tiesto, and dozens of others.
Turnover March 22 Gramps
This indie rock band out of Virginia has a catchy way of playing a tune. Some bill them as emo, but I’d only label them that in the best way in that every verse has emotion behind it.
Madonna April 6-7 & 9 Kaseya Center
The Material Girl is now 65 years old, but that won’t stop her from bringing her Generations Tour for a three night stay at our local arena. The tour has her playing 27 of her hits, most of which anyone born in the 20th century know by heart.
Postcards from Paradise April 12 at Respectable Street
If you’re up for making the drive to West Palm, this package show spotlights all kinds of indie rock goodness including headliner Scott Yoder. Also on the bill is Jitney contributor Mr. Entertainment and the Pookiesmackers, along with Zippur, Isya, and Sweet Bronco.
Social Distortion and Bad Religion April 27 at Revolution Live
This Saturday night bill will undoubtedly lead to many loud arguments between aging punks over which Southern California band is better. There is no wrong answer. As long as you say Social Distortion.
Jose Gonzalez May 1 at Miami Beach Bandshell
The Swedish troubadour of Argentine descent fills the void for those lacking quiet music in their lives For those date Gonzalez will be performing his 2003 album Veneer in its entirety. It seems like pertinent info if you want to study up beforehand so you can sing along.

The electronic music duo have combined electronic elements with live instrumentation for close to three decades now. Their high energy show comes back to the Beach just in time to kick off Memorial Day Weekend.
